DIGITAL RELOADS You can digitally reload your card any one of the following ways: With a Credit or Debit Card – funds available IMMEDIATELY Cardholder website www.cumoney.com CUMONEY mobile app VRU toll free number 1-833-729-2853 Check Deposit via the CUMONEY Prepaid Mobile App – you select fund availability, immediately or normal check clearing timeframe You may add funds in a minimum amount of $10 Your card has a maximum balance of $5,000 at any time You may set-up various recurring and scheduled reloads on the cardholder website. Low balance trigger reload Schedule a one-time future load Schedule recurring loads up to 6 months in advance If you do not want to load your card but want to be alerted to a low balance, email and text alert messages are available.  There are a variety of alert messages that you can select on the website or mobile app.   ATM CASH WITHDRAWALS If you need cash, you can also use your card for a withdrawal at an ATM – wherever Visa, Star or Plus are displayed!!  Please remember the daily limits when making purchases and cash withdrawals from your card: Up to 10 ATM withdrawals per day, with a $300 daily maximum Up to 2 cash advances over the counter at any Visa Member financial institution, with a $1,000 daily maximum 25 merchant PIN purchases, with a $1,500 daily maximum or your available funds balance, whichever is less 25 merchant signature purchases, with a $5,000 daily maximum or your available funds balance, whichever is less
